This Valentines Day we have an exceptional treat for you and your sweetheart, or your favorite Galentine! Roni-Sue will host a special Make & Take Chocolate Truffle class in the beautiful Essex Kitchen at the new Essex Market. She’s teaming up with some market neighbors to offer pairings of cheeses from Formaggio Essex and natural wines from People’s Wine Bar to complement a selection of her handmade chocolate truffles.
Guests will also enjoy a guided craft chocolate tasting featuring award winning chocolates from around the world while we discuss & geek out about our favorite subject!
Then it’s hands on time – you’ll see and taste how chocolate ganache is made. Each guest will hand roll and finish a box of truffles to take home, as well as some sweet memories!
