I attended Simon's virtual sushi making class with my 12 year-old daughter, and it was wonderful! He's incredibly knowledgeable, and very engaging. I was skeptical about doing this remotely, but Simon had a great setup for teaching (one camera on him, one on the cutting board), and made an effort to ask questions, check-in with each participant, have us show what we made, etc., so that the remote format felt very personal. Oh, and the pre-class checklist of materials to purchase was very clear and easy to manage (another thing I had been worried about). I would definitely do this again. Well worth it.
