What you'll learn in this cooking techniques class:

Learn to apply modern techniques to your every day cooking and wow your friends and family!

You will learn how to prepare:
  • Chaud froid salad with 65 degrees egg
  • Sous vide breast of chicken with caramelized baby carrots
  • Sous vide tri tip steak
  • Sous vide champagne sabayon with berries salad
2 hours of cooking instruction followed by 1 hour sit down meal.

Hi, I am a beginner chef, am I able to take the sous vide class? Do I need prerequisite skills? I can chop and slice things pretty ok...but I'm not professionally trained.
