    The Chef knew everything about cooking and knew how to teach it. He created a relaxed atmosphere and treated everyone well. I learned a lot about ingredients for sauces and which ones work well with others, as well as some nifty tricks and tips about cooking. I definitely plan to make these sauces at home.
