Answer from Lisa C. Verified Student
Yes, there are vegetarian options!
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! The school always try to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. They can substitute some of the sauces accompanying the pastas with alternative vegetarian options at mealtime, but the instructional part will be kept the same as it is structured to be a team effort.

Question from Anonymous
Can couples attend this together? Also (for religious considerations), is it possible to substitute or simply not use the pancetta in the one recipe? Thank you!
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! Yes, of course, the school wouldn't split the couple. If the client means if more than one couple can work together during preparation, it depends on the size of the party. If the group is over ten people, the school would split the group into two smaller teams lead by different chefs. That being said the school always tries to keep all people belonging to the same group together.
Answer from Georgia C. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
About the dietary restrictions: you would still work on the same sauces with the whole group but the school may serve alternative options to the clients with dietary restrictions at mealtime.

The instructors were so knowledgable and helpful. This was a very interactive and hands on class. I wanted away with a better understanding of the Italian culture and food. I am so excited to make the items I learned in class at home. Can't wait to take another class with Ivan again! Highly highly recommend for anyone interested in learning how to make food from scratch.

The class is in a converted apartment which made it feel homey. Instructors were helpful and nice. I took my 18 year old nieces and they loved it.
