What you'll learn in this pasta making class:

Few pasta dishes represent authentic Italian cuisine like fettuccine and ravioli. In this virtual cooking class conducted from Rome, Italy, Chef Davide will help you master these iconic recipes.

You’ll create silky ribbons of handmade fettuccine, tender homemade ravioli and a savory tomato sauce brimming with fresh basil. In addition to these recipes, you’ll learn professional tips, tricks and techniques — and even time-honored trade secrets straight from Nonna. And you can take this extraordinary international culinary adventure without leaving the comfort of your own home!

Remote Learning

This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
