Learn the methods and techniques for a variety of rolls. We'll also discuss the history and where to source the varying ingredients including the distinctly different wrappers.
You'll each make Sushi Rolls, Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls, and Summer Rolls. Then make some traditional dipping sauces to go accompany them-maybe some Wasabi Mayo, Chili Lime Ponzu and/or Spicy Peanut Sauce, just to name a few.
Enjoys your rolls with some wine, and take the rest home to share, or eat as a midnight snack.
All classes include wine samplings and a full glass provided by wineUdesign.

If you need to cancel your reservation a full refund is available 48 hours or more prior class to start. 48-24 hours prior to class start and we apply your ticket sale to another class of your choice. No refund less than 24 hours prior to class start. If The Cook’s Studio has to cancel or reschedule a class due to not reaching our minimum reservation requirements, we will let you know 2 days prior to class start.
