In this dumpling making master class you'll delve into the art of crafting delectable dumplings entirely from scratch. Our session kicks off with a hands-on demonstration on crafting the perfect dumpling dough. Participants will then have the chance to create their own dough, guided by the expertise of our chef instructor. Chef Alvaro will unveil the secrets of infusing natural colors and flavors into the dough, so you can experiment with an array of tastes and textures. We'll use bell peppers, beats, spinach, and purple cabbage to derive natural colorful extracts.
Two different filling options will be demonstrated and available to enjoy during the class: Garlic Ginger Chicken, and Tofu will be substituted for chicken as a vegetarian and vegan friendly option. There will be an opportunity to try your hands at some knife skills to assist in the filling preparation process. The culinary adventure continues as you master the fundamentals of dumpling folding, exploring five various shapes such as triangular, crescent, and pleated. Elevate your cooking expertise with insider tips on how to steam your dumplings to perfection.
Whether you're a seasoned cook or a beginner, this class offers a unique and delicious experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the art of cooking. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Guests are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, and champagne only).
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.

However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
