No need to bring anything but your hunger for good food and your thirst for knowledge!

Every culture has a version of dumplings and they are all so delicious! We’ll make dough from scratch and create some of our favorite dumplings from Asia:
  • Japanese Gyoza
  • Tibetan Momo
  • Indian Samosas
  • Shanghai Soup Dumplings

All Abigail's Kitchen classes are complemented with local beer and wine.
School Notes:
We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy
We have a strict 1 week cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 1 week before the event, a full refund will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 3 days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.

Hi, are we going to learn Soup Dumplings from scratch?

The stock takes a really long time to make and needs to be cooled, so that was already prepared ahead of time. We make some of our own wrappers and add seasoning based on your preferences/ recipe. It's really a group class so everyone sort of does everything.

I would have liked - and expected - to make all the dishes for the price. It should be clear in the overview you make them together as a group. The chef was knowledgeable and fun to work with. We still haven’t received the recipes for everything we made. Not having them printed and ready to take home for each of us feels like a miss.
