Join us for our Pasta Making & Cheese Tasting class, where you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough and hand-shape pasta with expert guidance from Murray’s. While your dough rests, enjoy a guided cheese tasting with expertly paired ingredients to enhance your pasta dishes. Take home your handmade pasta to cook and enjoy at home.

Supplies and Materials

• All ingredients for pasta-making and cheese tasting are included.

• Red and white wine are provided for those 21+, with continuous pours available throughout the class.

Additional Notes

• The class includes a tasting of 3 cheeses and 3 pairings, along with pasta-making ingredients and signature accompaniments.

• The class is held at our Bleecker Street store, with classrooms located upstairs and downstairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.

• Please note that the handmade pasta will not be eaten during the class; you’ll take it home to cook.
