What you'll learn in this pizza making class:

Thick or thin crust? You decide! Come learn the best baking techniques as you create your own personal Pizza master piece.


Receive hands-on instruction from our Artisan Bakers on mixing your own Pizza dough and skillfully choosing your toppings. After the bake, enjoy your handiwork with ONE glass of Wine or Beer per adult guest, and unlimited house iced tea and lemonade included in the price at our communal table with your fellow Pizza makers.


Leave with your own hand made dough and home-made sauce to continue your Pizza making at home!

School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Refund Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule class please email [email protected] as soon as possible. 

- At least two weeks withdrawal notice required for full refund. 

- Class credit will be issued for any notice given 4-13 days before the scheduled class date (students can attend class at a later date when there is space available).

- No refund or credit for notice given 72 hours or less before scheduled class date.

If you wanted to purchase wine/beer is there an option/ are we allowed to BYOB if not? Will we personally get to knead and toss the dough, and make our own tomato sauce?

Hi there! This is not a BYOB class, but this class is hands-on and you will make the dough and own tomato sauce that you will also take home after the class. Hope this helps!

The Artisan Pizza Making Class was a nice and informative experience. Chef Dawn is very knowledgeable about pizza making, and since the other two participants did not attend the class, I had a private class! I was encouraged to ask questions and the atmosphere was casual and fun. I made a tasty pizza and took home dough, sauce, and instructions for how to make some pizzas at home. I did not expect a dessert pizza as an added bonus! I would recommend this class to anyone who loves pizza and wants to learn the basics.

Wish we had seen how to do de sauce. The class was basically only focused in the dough. We finished early (about 30 min) so there was enough time for that. Wish there were more people in the class.

Chef Dawn was so knowledgeable and made the class so fun! We lucked out with a private class and she was super personable every step of the way. Would recommend to everyone and we can’t wait to try it again with friends!!
