What you'll learn in this pastry class:
We'll focus on the technique of making one of the most versatile pastry doughs in classic French cuisine: pâte à choux. We'll make Gougères (different flavors), Profiteroles (aka Cream Puffs) and Eclairs. And of course, their classic fillings!
All Abigail's Kitchen classes are complimented with local beer and wine.

We don't have any age restrictions on either our classes or events. We take people of all ages, but those under 21 years of age are not allowed to consume wine or any alcoholic beverages.

Refund Policy
We have a strict 8 business days cancellation policy for all of our events. Up 8 business days before the event, a full refund less a 5% processing fee will be provided. Date and event transfers are allowed up to 4 business days before the event subject to a $25 per ticket transfer fee.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
