I took a class where it was somewhat hands on. Do you get your own Station to work or do you share the work with others (i.e. like a community table)?

It depends on how many people sign up I believe. When my wife and I did it, we got our own table, but I think there was supposed to be another coupe of people that, had they shown up, they would have shared a table. But everyone still makes their own croissants.

I had the flu and wasn’t able to reschedule the class and it appears that they prefer you show up to a baking class with a 101F fever vs. rescheduling you for another class that isn’t yet booked. Extremely disappointed, as the last thing I want is someone sick cooking with me. Being in HR, I don’t want people with this type of fever or cold in the office.

The course was fun. The class size was perfect giving you enough time with the instructor to ask questions and really learn. The croissants and pastries were delicious and we left with enough to last a couple of days. If you're looking for a cooking class to take part in, this is definitely a fun one that isn't too expensive either.
