The class was quite fun, but a bit disorganized. Chatted with a few other folks after the event and we were unsure we would be able to replicate what we learned / piece together the steps, because we seemed to jump back and forth quite a bit. Making the class a bit longer might have helped.

Teacher was very knowledgeable and there was a useful amount of hands on work. But the promised recipe hasn't arrived and the instructions we brought away aren't clear about the order in which things need to be done. I'm still a bit confused.

The sourdough bread backing class at The Brooklyn Kitchen was as informative, as it was fun! Chef Reva’s infectious dedication to her craft catching. I left with an increased comfort level for my bread baking and tips I immediately put to use in my home kitchen.
