What you'll learn in this bread making class:

In this hands-on class, learn the fundamentals of flours, yeast, and water and how to transform these simple (but magical!) ingredients.

Each student will create:

  • Lean olive oil dough baked into pizza and herbed focaccia;
  • A rich, buttery brioche dough great baked as a loaf, in buns, or decadently filled;
  • And finish sweetly with orange-zested dough baked into raisin bread and sticky buns.
