What you'll learn in this block printing class:

Block printing is the oldest form of printmaking, and linoleum is an affordable, approachable, and immediate way to make graphic illustrations. 

We will talk about transferring images to your block, carving techniques, color mixing and layering, registration, and editioning tips. We will talk about both reductive and multiple block techniques. Linoleum is an excellent way to bring images and color into your prints. 

No previous experience required.

Refund Policy
If you cancel your registration at least 6 business days before the first class meeting we will refund or credit your tuition balance excluding $50. If you cancel less than 6 business days prior to the first meeting or drop out of a class in progress, you will lose your full tuition. Please note that membership dues are not refundable. We will hold your payment if a class is under enrolled until it has met its minimum enrollment. If a class has to be cancelled due to under enrollment, students will be notified and your tuition payment will not be processed. If a class has already been filled when a student's payment is received, your card will not be charged. All classes will run regardless of weather. The Center usually makes the decision to cancel classes that are under enrolled a week before the class is scheduled to run. Please note there is a $50 fee for class transfers.
