I really loved the energy of the instructor, how kind and knowledgeable she clearly was and the facilities of the class. I did miss having some sort of structure to the class: I had never done pottery before and felt that the class might not have been for me, because we went over the basics very quickly and didn't have a lot of structure. Overall, it was a fun experience but I would not recommend for beginners.

I took this course with a few others, but there were not enough participants to have an instructor full-time however Choplet accommodated our needs with studio hours. This was perfect because we were trained on technique while the instructor was there and then had time to practice our skills. I was impressed with how much a beginner like me could overcome a learning curve to make decentt pottery in just a few days.

It was great because we had plenty of time to throw and were guided as needed and could answer lots of questions but also strange because not the same teacher each session so loss of continuity and very crowded for glazing.

The class I bought ended up getting canceled due to a lack of interest, but Choplet was very flexible about letting my choose another. Biada was great! I learned a lot in the short time and was really happy with how my pottery came out. It was cool to take the class outside during the summer.
