Description
What you'll learn in this photography class:
Dive into the endlessly surprising, creative world of Splash and Pour photography. In this full-day class, we will investigate techniques to capture images of liquids in motion, shooting into a glass and more.
We'll begin with discussion and demonstrations of the equipment, theory, and process of Splash and Pour Photography, including how to freeze the motion of liquid at a moment in time with simple inexpensive flashes. We'll work in teams, experimenting, creating and shooting splashes and pours. Come with the expectation that you'll need some luck, practice, and lots of patience. This class will be challenging, filled with eureka moments and lots of fun.
Pre-requisites: Familiarity with the basics of using your camera.
Requirements: Bring a macro lens or extension tubes, a tripod and a remote or cable shutter release for your camera.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend a class, please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- Credits or refunds less 5% cancellation fee are available up to 15 business days before the date of your class.
- If you cancel up to 8 business days prior to the class, you may receive a full credit.
- If you cancel within 3 business days of your class, you may receive a credit of 50% of your payment.
- If we do not receive notice from you prior to the day of your class, we are unable to provide a credit.
Photo Camp Cancellation Policy
If your child is unable to attend the session you have registered for, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
- A full refund, minus $49 processing fee, is available up to 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered.
- If you cancel less than 61 business days prior to the camp session for which your child is registered, we are pleased to offer a credit, minus processing fees.
The school reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any class. In the event that the school must cancel a class or workshop, you may request a full refund.
