Description
What you'll learn in this photography class:
The ability to use flash off-camera in daylight for portraits gives you a whole new tool for your creative bag of tricks.
First, we will look at why one would want to use flash for portraits in daytime. Then we will see how.
- We will create images using flash techniques as well as available light to see the differences.
- We will cover composition, choice of backgrounds, choice of angles and choice of lenses.
- We will use workshop participants to model for us. So bring props and dress for photos!
It's OK to bring a non-photographer, non-paying friend to pose.
Please bring cameras with manual settings and manual flashes.
If you need a flash, I have a limited supply.
This workshop is for intermediate photographers who want to learn to create portraits that are unique.

- 50 % refund if notified within 24-48 hours of class.
If class is cancelled due to weather and cannot be rescheduled, 100% refund.
