What you'll learn in this camera phone class:
The Art of Selfies is a small group exploration of self-expression in a safe, welcoming space. Agnes will introduce techniques, theories, perspectives and diverse examples of self portraiture and everyday selfie-taking. We will engage with props and digital apps to help you discover new ways of visualizing yourself.
Through this workshop, you will come away with a renewed confidence and strong command of how to take an awesome selfie that feels more like you. Agnes will help you explore your individual beauty with tactical self portraiture tools and photo editing strategies, and you will see your selfie in a whole new, exciting way.

Notes:
- Please bring smart phone with photo taking capabilities or another preferred form of a camera.
- Please already have download Snapchat/Instagram on your smart phone.
- Recommended to have enough storage space to download some editing apps.
School Notes:
OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS ARE NOT ALLOWED. QED has coffee, tea, soda, beer & wine plus snacks and pre-made wraps and sandwiches available.
Refund Policy
- We require at least 8 business days notice before a class in order to issue a refund less 5% cancellation fee and there are no transfers to future classes allowed.
- Tickets are transferable meaning we will allow anyone to take your place in class, so check around with your friends to see if someone else would like your spot.
In case of bad weather, classes WILL always take place unless the subway system is closed down. If you have issues traveling, please keep this in mind when you purchase your ticket. If the school do cancel for an emergency, we will try to reschedule the class on the same day of the week at the same scheduled time as soon as possible. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, we will refund you the price of your seat.
