Reschedule. You can reschedule to a class in a later date if we receive your request 3 days from the class date or earlier ($50 rescheduling fee applies). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any rescheduling request received later than 72 hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellation. We will issue a refund (minus $50 of cancellation fee) if we receive the cancellation notice at least 3 days prior to the scheduled session. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any cancellation request received later than 72 hours prior to the class start time.
Late: less than 15 minutes. If the student comes within 15 minutes after the class start time, s/he will be allowed to join the class and the instructor will try to accommodate him/her as much as s/he can without slowing down the class.
Late: more than 15 minutes. If the student comes 15 minutes after the class start time, s/he forfeits his/her spot and will not be allowed to join the class because that will disrupt the experience for other students.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
