Question from Anonymous
I'm interested in this class, but I would like to know, what is a "tea light candle table?'
Answer from Michelle G. Verified Educator
Here are some examples:, In class, people choose metal to create a small sculpture. If you would like to make it functional, you then braze a small sheet on top for a candle. Each candle stand is unique, as people have a choice of metal to use.
Question from Anonymous
If I would like to take the TIG welding course (interested in building bicycle frames), should I take this course first?
Answer from Brenda L. CourseHorse StaffCourseHorse Staff
Hi there! Yes, the student should at least have taken Gas welding or Mig welding or Arc Welding to be able to take the Introduction to Tig Welding. Hope this helps!

Michelle is a thorough, professional with incredible teaching skills. I had the complete luxury to be in a class alone. She is patient, methodical and has a great sense of time and knows how to accomplish the goals of the class. I certainly walked out feeling like I learned something new and was prepared to build on what I learned. I am so grateful to have crossed paths and to have learned this skill from Michelle. It was a life changing class with a thoughtful, incredible instructor.

What a great experience! Small class sizes make a huge difference and we were able to learn and practice a lot quickly. Not only did we practice brazing multiple ways we got do do true steel welding. It’s good to learn from someone with decades of experience as a welder and a teacher.
