Glass Casting

Original cancellation policy (non-COVID-19):

No Refunds or Transfers will be granted within one week of class.

Enrollment cancellations are not entitled to a refund. Refunds will not be granted for any cancellations, transfers or changes made inside one week from the first day of class, or for withdrawals during class itself. Transfers(made outside of 14 days/2 weeks of class) are subjected to a 20% [of the original ticket price] fee. One Transfer Per Student, Per Class. Transfers may only be made into open classes, additional seats will not be added to full classes for transferred tickets.

Brooklyn Glass Studio will remain open and classes will remain in session, so long as MTA is running. We cannot provide refunds or transfers for classes missed due to weather outside of this policy. To contact Brooklyn Glass regarding transfers, please call 718-569-2110 or email [email protected]
