What you'll learn in this glass fusing class:

This introductory weekend will focus on the ideas of translating an object before us into glass.

Through this fast-paced weekend, we will explore utilizing clay positives, as well as other malleable objects, to learn the nature of mold making for kiln casting; objects can range from fabric to gummy worms.

We are going to emphasize experimentation and play and after learning all the steps you will have a cast glass piece after the molds fire in a kiln.
