What you'll learn in this glass blowing class:

Borosilicate! It’s a very strong, shock resistant glass that we melt with torches. Come explore with us as we learn the basics of sealing, gathering, stretching, and bending, and then use them to make something.

The curriculum after the basic skills will depend on student interest. Projects may include, but are not limited to: large and small-scale sculptures, figurines, pendants, marbles and chains. Hollow tubing may also be introduced depending upon the desires of the class.
