Teaches at Blooma Nashville

Yoga has been a part of Jenn’s life since high school, but it wasn’t until moving to Nashville in 2008 that she decided to deepen her personal practice. After studying at Sanctuary for Yoga, she became a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor. It is the passion & love for life that one achieves while being on the mat that drove her desire to share with others. She hopes to awaken the same zest for life in others that she now has, as well as aiding them in unearthing their own love for yoga.

The opportunity of teaching kid’s yoga can serve as an early starting point, and lead to the same excitement for a younger generation, hopefully allowing them to retain these values as they grow older. Allowing the children the freedom to move around, and play with poses can help foster creativity — not only within kids, but also within those who teach them. Creativity is a key component in Jenn’s life and she looks forward to creating and sharing ideas, goals, and bliss with others!
