Teaching for the past 20 years, Christy is a holistic yoga teacher whose passion lies in sharing the ancient wisdom and sacred art of Yoga in a down-to-earth and practical way.

Having a curiosity for all things yoga, she discovered that all styles and practices have something wonderful to offer depending on individual needs and goals. She blends the many modalities that she has studied and explored to create a practice that is dynamic and heart centered with the intention of engaging and celebrating one’s entire being, on and off the mat.
