Sarah Jane has been practicing yoga since the ripe age of 14. The practice and self study helped her cope through some tough years and helped her celebrate the awesome ones!

She completed her Kids Yoga (2010) and Prenatal (2014) training at Karma Kids Yoga in NYC where she also had the honor to work and play for a short but very sweet time as well. She went all the way to India to study Hatha Yoga (2012) and went back to Asia (Thailand, 2014) to teach as well. Despite bouncing around the country and globe most of her adult life, Sarah Jane has become more grounded. Now that this native Upstate New Yorker has found Nashville and made it her home, she can't let it go! Her classes are fun and engaging, using games and songs to find the benefits of moving our bodies, growing our minds, and exploring our breath.
