Teaches at Sanctuary

Jimmy Joyner grew up in West Tennessee in a very active household. He was determined to dive into anything new and exciting he could find. His search led him to the stage which was a vehicle for much exploration. During this investigation yoga was an obvious choice. For many years yoga was a safe place for stretching and calming the body and mind. Thanks to Sanctuary and the beautiful community they have created it is so much more. The stage he performs on now is a much quieter one and much closer to the inside.
