Brenda’s first experience with Kundalini Yoga nearly 7 years ago was the opening of a door into a vast new world.  “I remember feeling as though I had taken this huge energetic breath, one that I had been waiting a very long time to take.  I felt a wholeness in this practice - the bringing together of the physical body, the breath, the mind, emotions, and spirit resonated deeply within me.  I knew I wanted to continue to explorer this new world, this beautiful technology.  The practice can be challenging at times, and yet it is within those challenges that I have found the greatest movements in a positive direction, a greater opening to that which is within.”
