Flex Education

This flexibility & toning class begins with simple stretches that lengthen your muscles through slow movement. Things heat up when the class shifts into deeper stretching, conditioning and core exercises. It will take your flexibility to the next level, regardless of any current experience. 

Your instructor will guide you along the way and ensure safe and proper technique. You will also utilize various equipment, such as yoga blocks and bands to help you develop a limber and luscious body.

Attire:

• leggings/shorts, leg warmers, t-shirt/tank, barefoot or socks with grip
• Do not wear jewelry, belts, velcro, zippers, lotion or oils.

Bring to Class:

• mat, bottle of water, hand towel and your workout attire (if you plan on changing clothes at the studio

Important Things to Note:

• Arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your class to sign-in and change clothes
