In the Pelvic Floor BodyLab, you'll learn restorative exercises, based on biomechanics and alignment, needed for optimal pelvic floor function.
Learn about the anatomy of the pelvis.
Practice exercises that
1) strengthen the muscle groups that support the pelvis, and
2) release tension from muscles that contribute to the misalignment of your lower body.
You'll discover the movement habits and patterns that are contributing to pelvic floor problems & pain in your knees, hips and back. Through breath, mindfulness, and biomechanics-based movement, you'll learn new ways of moving to improve your function and feel better in your body.
