Michelle Jubelirer is the COO of Capitol Music Group, a division of Universal Music Group, which is a fully owned subsidiary of Vivendi. CMG is comprised of Capitol Records, Virgin Records, Motown Records, Blue Note Records, Astralwerks, Harvest Records and Capitol Christian Music Group, as well as Capitol Studios and the company's independent label services and distribution division, Caroline.  Capitol Music Group is based in Hollywood, California in the iconic Capitol Tower.

CMG represents an impressive list of artists including the Bee Gees, Beastie Boys, Sam Smith, Beck, Erykah Badu, Norah Jones, Ne-Yo, Neil Diamond, Katy Perry, Migos and Paul McCartney.

Michelle was also named one of "The 50 Most Powerful Executives In The Industry" by Billboard Magazine. Previously, as partner at King, Holmes, Paterno & Berliner, Michelle represented Pharrell, Frank Ocean, M.I.A., Odd Future, Ke$ha, The Gossip, Swedish House Mafia, Avicii, Marilyn Manson, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Damian Marley.

Karen Horne is Senior Vice President of Programming Talent Development and Inclusion for NBC Entertainment and Universal Television Studios. 

Karen heads NBC’s new Female Forward initiative for female directors, the Writers on the Verge Program, the Emerging Director Program, Alternative Director Program, StandUp NBC nationwide search for stand-up comedians and NBC’s Late Night Writers Workshop, while also overseeing NBC's Diversity Staffing Initiative and working with the creative programming team to identify diverse development.

Previously, Karen served as Director, Creative Affairs, at IDT Animation in Burbank. She designed, implemented and oversaw Nickelodeon’s Writer Fellowship Program. Karen worked at HBO in Los Angeles as a co-producer for the Emmy Award-winning animated series “Spawn.”
