Damon Azali-Rojas, PCC is a life coach, a community organizer, and a priest in the Yoruba spiritual tradition of Ifa. He has over fifteen years of experience in social and racial justice movements addressing state and community violence and promoting healing. What excites Damon is how coaching can be used to both enhance social movements and deepen individual spirituality.

Sarah Jawaid, ACC is a community organizer and certified professional coach. She has nearly 10 years experience in non-profits with expertise in leadership development and policy reform with a focus on housing, environment and criminal justice. Sarah loves the idea of coaching being a tool to bridge individual growth and spirituality with systemic change.
