Andrea has been teaching Yoga for the last 20 years to adults of all ages as well as chair Yoga. Also, having been a Special Education Teacher, working with children from pre-School to 5th Grade, she has introduced Yoga to the Elementary School environment ranging from Pre-Schoolers to teachers. As a Special Education Teacher she discovered the benefit of Yoga as a breather and aid to focus in the classroom. Children need to move and that ultimately aids their focus and ability to learn and grow into healthy, positive human beings.
