    Really learned SOOOO much about cheese, the science of cheese, dairy, cows, etc! Amazing plethora of knowledge. We covered so much in only 3 hours as well, which was great. But at times I felt a little rushed and forgot what we were doing (the big picture). I also felt like some of the cheeses tasted bland, but maybe I just needed to add salt!

    Class was great! The teacher was very thorough! The only thing is that it is quite hard to do things when you have to work with a partner.

    I took the Intro to Pasta class with Clemence. The class was very hands-on and informative - Clemence gave our class great tips and tricks! She was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, which made learning so much fun!

    The pastry chef, Hadley was amazing, and the macarons turned out to be incredibly delicious! We had a lot of fun making the sweets; we will return soon!

    The recipes were terrific but the regular teacher was sick and the qualifications for her replacement? "I eat pizza 6 times a week." The substitute talked all the time,making jokes, several people couldn't get their questions answered. This is my favorite pizza now, I just didn't learn the how and why.

    Overall the class was tons of fun and I learned a mix of baking techniques, crusts, and fillings for tarts. Clemence was super helpful and encouraging. She not only taught you how to make specific recipes, but informed us how to do it at home and where to get ingredients. The classroom and equipment were all very clean. Looking forward to my next course already!
