Love Is In The Air Royal Icing Cookie

Everything was just GREAT! I received a warm welcome to the class from the instructor, she took time out to show me what products were being used and how she was able to get the icing at the consistency needed for the cookies. I learned several new techniques that I had not known. The overall experience was just WONDERFUL. Everyone in the class was very sociable....loved it!

The class was fun and informative but it more for someone that is a beginner. I would of wanted more hands-on individually not in groups. I was looking for something more challenging. I did like the instructor she made the class fun.

Syd is an amazing teacher and it's such a blast taking her classes. This my second class with her and hopefully many more to come. Thank you for being patient and making the class so much fun!

Syd was a perfect instructor, I came in with zero baking experience or decorating. She explained every step clearly and helped out with any questions you had. I will definitely be signing up for more of her courses in the future.
