Teaches at Cook LA Cooking School

Chef Liz opened Cook L.A. in 2010 where she is dedicated to cooking with organic, seasonal and local ingredients. "Food is a personal journey, and it's our job to vote every day what to put in our bodies. Wouldn't it be nice to know how to eat better and still have a delicious meal? That's what Cook LA is here to teach you, one dish at a time." - Liz

Overall pretty helpful although I think this class i worth $40-50 tops. The main teacher was helpful but the assistant could do a better job of showing interest / helping out.
  • French Macarons - Baking

I took my sisters to this class and we had a great time! It is understood that these are temperamental cookies to make, but our teacher broke it down well and made it manageable......I suspect that an area that confuses people lies in measurement conversions on digital scales etc. Our macaron turned out great, will definitely attempt to make these at home!
