Chauney received her BA from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. She recently relocated from Seattle where she taught in after school programs in public schools and operated her own business called The Art Party. Chauney works in sculpture, painting and installation and has received awards from 4Culture, City of Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs and has exhibited her work locally and nationally.
