AEC Technical Manager/ BIM Project Team

Mr. Sanikhatam has twenty plus years as an Application Specialist and Project Manager. He has a Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering and a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been working and training in Autodesk Revit for over fifteen years. His accomplishments include working on the new Terminal II at the San Diego Airport with PCL, assisting them with the BIM requirements for the framing of the new Terminal.

Mr. Sanikhatam’s area of expertise is BIM specifications, including design templates, BIM Family specification and 2d integration protocols. Over the past several years, Mr. Sanikhatam and his team have created a set of BIM templates. These template files have been used in establishing standards for BIM-related projects, and other database oriented tools.

Mr. Sanikhatam has been involved with BIM since 2001 and he is an Autodesk Certified BIM expert with a strong knowledge of 4D/5D process. He and his team have a great understanding of Laser scanning and point cloud application and he has been involved in number of large BIM projects.
