Jammin’ Music & Arts

Jammin’ Music was created in 2004 with one goal: to share the joys of making music with the Long Beach community.  While our private and group lesson studio is the heart of what we do, we have also done much community outreach over the years, providing group guitar and drum circle activities at local schools and community events. Through partnerships with non-profit organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, we have offered drum circle and guitar classes to local at-risk youth.

We have now grown into a studio of 15 instructors, many of them with advanced degrees, and our students have received accolades in local competitions.  Classical students have the option of participating in the Certificate of Merit Program, and all students have the option of performing at our monthly First Fridays recitals, which are a part of a street-wide celebration every month on Atlantic Avenue. In 2014, we will celebrate 10 years of business in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. In our 10 years of business, we have taught thousands of people to play music.

In 2011, we added art and acting classes to become a full-fledged creative learning center.

We hold on to our original mission of “Everyone Can Play Music!”  Whether you’re learning an instrument for your own enjoyment or plan on conquering the stadiums, we have the right teacher for you.
