The Bar Method Downtown LA

The Bar Method Downtown Los Angeles studio provides an effective, fun, and challenging experience in each barre class while creating a community that is welcoming, supportive, and inspiring. We are located at 724 South Spring Street, Suite 203, in the heart of DTLA’s historic core neighborhood. The Bar Method Downtown LA is a luxurious 3,000 square foot space featuring two studio rooms and a beautiful locker room, showers and full amenities for our clients. The studio rooms boasts high ceilings adorned with custom duct work creating a modern, yet peaceful atmosphere. 

We offer a wide variety of class times and are open 7 days a week. All classes are taught by certified instructors who strive to raise the barre from the moment you walk through the door. We are here to challenge and reshape your body, strengthen your mind, improve your confidence, and enhance your life through one incredibly targeted and effective hour using the ballet barre and our expertise in teaching. The result is longer leaner muscles, better posture, increased core strength, and an improved mindset.
