Kid's Oatmeal Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
In this incredibly fun one-and-a-half hour class, Chef Lisa Nunez-Hancock will take the kids through a healthier version of an oatmeal cookie ice cream sandwich - the kids will start by rolling their own oats for their oatmeal cookies, then using frozen yogurt or ice cream to make nut-rolled ice cream sandwiches.
