As technology becomes more user-centric, software applications need to adapt and become more intuitive and user friendly. If you are interested in learning how to translate complex concepts into simple interfaces as well as understand principles for enterprise UX Design - this is a workshop for you!
The strategies discussed in this workshop applies to various industries. We will also discuss the process of designing B2B software applications, topics that will be covered include:

- Research: Interviews and building personas
- Workflows: current vs.solution
- System architecture: understanding how to structure a system
- Wireframing: sharing with developers, wireframes and specifications
- Managing client relationships
- Understand how to conduct research and build user-groups
- Identify primary use cases and scenarios
- Translate complex workflows into interfaces
- Understand how to manage clients and users
