What you'll learn in this notary training:
This includes your class and seat for the same day notary exam. With this Notary Public Class/Exam package you will also receive pre-class study materials today as soon as you sign up as well as the Secretary of State handbook, practice exam, class workbook and applications.

Proctored test at the end of each class, at 3 PM (50 minute timed test, 30 questions). Students can leave after completing the test)
Additional instruction will be sent via e-mail upon registration. Please allow 24-48 hours.

- If you listen in class, read through the materials and participate through the pre-study guide we send when you sign up, you will pass the notary public exam with no problem!
- OR - If you don't pass for some reason, you can take another notary class again free of charge and take the California Notary exam as many times as you need.

Refund Policy
Please send a WRITTEN NOTICE to cancel or reschedule your class at [email protected].
Cancellations received 7 days prior to the initially scheduled class date will receive a FULL REFUND. Refunds WILL NOT be applied to cancellations received after this date as well as cancellations made on subsequently transferred registrations AFTER the FIRST transfer. Written transfer requests received by 12 PM Pacific time 3 days prior to the initially scheduled class date will be processed at no charge. Program transfer requests received after this time will be charged a $50.00 fee.
Home study courses, online course, or no-shows DO NOT QUALIFY for any refund. Cancellations and class reschedules received on the day of the scheduled class WILL NOT BE entitled to a refund of any portion.
There is a $25.00 charge for any payment returned for non-sufficient funds. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 25% service charge.
Cancellations received 7 days prior to the initially scheduled class date will receive a FULL REFUND.
