Designing Your Next Career

Based on the curriculum of Dave Evans and Bill Burnett, co-directors of the Stanford d.school and co-authors of "Designing Your Life", this workshop takes you through iterative process embraced by Silicon Valley and designers worldwide as you design your next life stage.

If feel stuck and know what you would like to do in life but are not sure how to begin or which way to go- this workshop is for you. Design thinking is a mindset that includes radical collaboration, curiosity, reframing and bias towards action. Designers build their way forward. In this workshop we will work on several exercises and mind maps that will help you:

• understand the design thinking process and how to apply it to your career challenges
• have better understanding of what gives you energy and utilize your strengths
• how to reframe dysfunctional beliefs that leave you feeling stuck
• how to generate new ideas and fresh perspectives
• how to leverage people from different walks of life, so you can network and job search more effectively
