What you'll learn in this business management course:

In this course participants will learn how to handle those employees who are a special challenge. These individuals take up more time, can be a headache, plus disrupt the rest of the workforce. 

You will learn how to handle the situations skillfully, and deal with individual personalities and problem behavior. You will learn how to immediately address key issues, use emotional intelligence, make steady progress, and avoid costly mistakes. The result will be improved morale and getting back to focusing on your core product and services.

Refund Policy
Refund requests for classes/workshops must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the start date. All requests will be charged a $15 cancellation fee per person/per class. Refunds will NOT be granted if you cancel less than three (3) business days prior to the start date. If a class is canceled due to low enrollment or class cancellation, a refund will be issued promptly. Insufficient funds/returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge per check.
