Mystery shopping is used by hundreds of well-known businesses to ensure consistent, top-quality service from their employees. It's a splendid way to earn extra money and have fun while at the same time doing what you love to do. Mystery shoppers get assignments to do evaluations on retail stores, restaurants, banks, hotels, and other places of business. This class will provide you with an overview of how mystery shopping works, the do’s and don’ts of completing assignments, and how to get hired.
