Description

What you'll learn in this kids cooking camp:

If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a pro, this is the week to be in the kitchen. Over the five food-filled days, Chef Michal Harris will cover Knife Skills, Stovetop Cooking, Eggs & Grains, Meat and Vegetable Techniques, plus Baking and Pastry. You’ll be making everything from Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise to Chicken Paillards to Chocolate Eclairs filled with fresh Vanilla Pastry Cream!

This camp will take place in the kitchen. In addition to extra sanitation, physical distancing, and frequent mandatory hand-washing throughout the camp, the following precautions will strictly enforced:

Maximum number of campers: 6 per session
Face masks required for campers, staff will be wearing face shields
No admittance for any campers with elevated temperatures or symptoms, however mild, of COVID-19, or with family members who are in quarantine.

Ages 10 and up only.

Note: Closed Toe shoes are required.

Refund Policy

Classes are non-refundable, but you may request a transfer into a different class, provided you give us at least 3 business days notice.

We record all classes, so if you do wind up missing a scheduled session, we will be sure to get you the video and recipe.

Classes are subject to rescheduling or cancellation, based on enrollment levels or conflicts that arise for our instructors. If your class is impacted, we will be in touch right away to provide you with a refund or a transfer into a different class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
