Baking Savory and Sweet (Series) [Class in Los Angeles] @ Radical Cooks

In this class series Radical Cooks teaches kids the art of baking, both sweet and savory . Students learn baking basics (the role of eggs, flour, substitutions, measurements, etc.), not to mention how contrasting flavors complement one another beautifully, bringing out the best in all of the fruity, salty, sugary, rich, and savory ingredients.

Class Schedule: April 3 - May 15

Quick breads ~ April 3rd
Biscuits & Jams ~ April 10th
Sponge cakes ~ April 24th
(SPRING BREAK)
Vegan baking ~ May 1st
Eclairs ~ May 8th
Cupcake Decorating with Miso Bakes ~ May 15th

For ages 7 to 17, parents may drop off. For students younger than 7, parents will be requested to stay.

Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration for a class up to 3 business days in advance of the class start time and receive a refund less 5% cancellation fee or transfer to another class of equal value.

No refund or exchanges will be given on classes that are cancelled less than 3 business days prior to the class.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract requisite minimum enrollment or for chef illness. We will contact you by email or telephone and issue a refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability).

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
